Aaryavir Sehwag draws attention in Delhi Premier League

Aaryavir Sehwag, the 17-year-old son of legendary Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag, has drawn significant attention in the Delhi Premier League (DPL) for his batting style. Playing for the West Delhi Lions, Aaryavir has displayed trademark shots, such as the square drive and cover drive, that closely resemble his father’s aggressive approach.

Despite the individual attention, Aaryavir’s team, the West Delhi Lions, recently suffered a 21-run defeat against the Central Delhi Kings. The Kings posted a total of 232/8, bolstered by an aggressive performance from opener Siddharth Joon, who scored 33 runs off 17 deliveries.
