Aasif Khan sparks controversy on Bigg Boss 20 over moustache remarks

Actor Aasif Khan has sparked controversy on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 20’ following remarks regarding manhood and facial hair. During a discussion about a captaincy task, Khan stated that men without moustaches are not ‘real men,’ citing his Rajasthani heritage and claiming the moustache is a symbol of identity.

The comments drew immediate pushback from fellow contestants, including Gullu, and sparked backlash on social media. Viewers noted the irony of the statement given that the show’s host, Salman Khan, is clean-shaven.

Former ‘Bigg Boss’ winner Gauahar Khan also criticized the remarks, describing Aasif Khan’s perspective as regressive and small-minded, arguing that a man’s identity should be defined by his thinking rather than physical traits.
