Aave token forecast to surge as price rebounds on rising platform activity

Grayscale Research estimates that the Aave (AAVE) token is currently undervalued and could reach a fair value of about $175 within a year, based on a discounted cash‑flow model that projects roughly $60 million in revenue for 2026. The firm suggests a nearer‑term price range of $80‑$100, up from the $75 level at the time of the report. Grayscale notes that the recent Kelp DAO rsETH exploit in April 2026 reduced Aave’s total value locked from $45 billion in 2025 to $13.0 billion, though the protocol’s treasury remains strong.

Concurrently, market data shows Aave’s price rising 15% from its $60 support to around $75.66, driven by increased deposits: V3 holdings total $24.27 billion and V4 deposits grew from $60 million to $183.98 million in the past month. Stablecoin supplies on the platform also recovered, climbing from $7.07 billion to $8.83 billion. These fundamentals are cited as the basis for the token’s recent price gains.
