Ab Ghani Hassan seeks collective leadership for FAM

Datuk Ab Ghani Hassan, a candidate for the presidency of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), has emphasized the need for collective leadership to guide the nation's football direction for the 2025-2029 term.

Ab Ghani stated that the FAM cannot be managed by an individual alone, as its structure involves various constituent bodies, including state football associations, Malaysia League clubs, the Amateur Football League (AFL), the National Women's League, and the Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL). He stressed that his vision must be aligned with the Executive Committee (Exco) members who will be elected alongside him to ensure a unified approach to the country's football ecosystem.
