Abadina announces schedule for 50th TBS Distrito basketball tournament

The National District Basketball Association (Abadina) has announced the schedule for the 50th edition of the TBS Distrito tournament, set to begin on Tuesday, the 15th, at the Arena BanReservas. The inaugural game will feature a rematch between last year's finalists, Mauricio Báez and San Carlos.

The tournament will consist of 45 dates and 66 matches, with teams divided into two groups. Group A includes Mauricio Báez, San Lázaro, Bameso, and El Millón, while Group B features San Carlos, Rafael Barias, Los Prados, and Huellas del Siglo.

In preparation for the season, Club Doctor Rafael Barias has announced the signing of American center JD Miller as their second reinforcement. Miller, who has played professionally in several countries including Germany, Mexico, and Venezuela, joins veteran guard Marquis Wright to bolster the Villa Consuelo-based team in their pursuit of a fifth title.
