Institutional Investors Boost Stakes in Major U.S. Companies

Over the past quarter, several institutional investors filed Form 13F reports showing new stakes in a range of U.S. publicly traded firms.

Investors include SHP Wealth Management buying 6,312 Visa shares (≈ $2.2 M); Advisortrust Partners taking 25,710 Emerson Electric shares (≈ $3.4 M); Union Savings Bank acquiring 6,616 Chevron shares (≈ $1.0 M) and 5,293 Johnson & Johnson shares (≈ $1.1 M); Polianta Ltd purchasing 10,800 Toll Brothers shares (≈ $1.5 M); Thryve Wealth Management buying 5,906 Microsoft shares (≈ $2.9 M); as well as stakes in TJX Companies and Eastern Bankshares, with sizable holdings added by Vanguard, BlackRock, Ray Dalio and other large funds.

The filings show continued confidence in off‑price retail (TJX), financial services (Visa), regional banking (Eastern Bankshares), industrial products (Emerson), energy (Chevron), health care (Johnson & Johnson), homebuilding (Toll Brothers) and technology (Microsoft), with institutional ownership ranging from about 69% to over 80% of each company’s float.
