ABC Magazine releases special edition to mark 70th anniversary

ABC Magazine has released a 264-page special edition titled ‘Legendární vystřihovánky z ábíčka’ to celebrate its upcoming 70th anniversary in January 2027. The publication features 60 paper models created by more than 40 authors, spanning from the 1960s to the present day.

Curated by modeler and collector Josef Kropáček, the collection includes diverse subjects such as the Titanic, a T-34 tank, the National Museum, and a Tyrannosaurus rex, as well as modern additions like the Xiaomi SU7 electric vehicle. The special edition aims to honor the magazine's history of paper modeling, which has been a staple of the publication since the first cutout appeared five years after the magazine's 1957 debut.

The special is available for purchase starting October 18 via iKiosek.cz.
