Claims that the defendant lacked a “jury of his peers,” that he was the only Black participant under the tent, and that he weighed 130 lb were challenged, with the note correcting the jury‑selection facts and the defendant’s weight to approximately 162 lb. The backlash highlighted concerns about misinformation on the program.
