Abdallah El Bahmidi to hold photography exhibition in Rabat
The Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Residing Abroad is hosting a photography exhibition titled ‘Hidden/Concealed’ (makhfi/mukhtabi) by Moroccan photographer Abdallah El Bahmidi. The event will take place at the Difaf Gallery in Rabat from October 15 to November 12, 2026.
El Bahmidi, a resident of Austria and a former clinical psychologist, has practiced photography since 1970. His monochrome series explores urban environments through the themes of appearance and disappearance. The exhibition aims to strengthen the ties between Moroccans living abroad and their homeland by highlighting the creative contributions of the diaspora.
