Abe Kogyo launches TOBIRA ultra-premium wooden door brand

Abe Kogyo Co., Ltd. has officially announced the launch of its ultra-premium wooden interior door brand, TOBIRA. The collection aims to bring Japanese traditional craftsmanship and the beauty of wood to a global market, utilizing domestic Japanese timber and FSC-certified materials.

The new collection features four distinct designs:

• Forêt: Utilizes kumiko woodworking techniques to create a three-dimensional partition design. • Rattan: Features 30mm basket-weave natural rattan for a sustainable and elegant accent. • Urushi: Combines deep lacquer luster with domestic oak wood. • Kinpaku: Integrates gold leaf with the natural texture of Japanese cypress (hinoki).

The products are on display at ABE galerie_TOKYO in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
