ABEMA and SLL to launch interactive K-POP program ‘HYPE STAGE’

ABEMA is launching a new fan-participatory K-POP music program titled ‘HYPE STAGE’ in collaboration with SLL, a content production studio under the South Korean broadcaster JTBC. The program is scheduled to begin broadcasting on September 11 at 10:00 PM.

The show features a format where K-POP artists connect with Japanese fans through live performances and special segments. A key characteristic of the program is its interactive nature, allowing fan requests and votes via ABEMA’s official social media channels to directly influence the content, such as determining stage concepts.

ALPHA DRIVE ONE, members of which were featured in the audition program ‘BOYS II PLANET’, will be the guests for the first broadcast. The group will participate in stage performances, talk segments, and games. NiziU is also confirmed to appear as guests for the second installment of the series.
