ABEMA variety show finale features young couple and entrepreneur

The season three finale of the ABEMA original variety program ‘Damatterarenai Onnatachi’ aired on September 25, featuring stories of women overcoming significant life challenges.

The episode highlighted a couple who became the legally youngest married pair under previous Japanese civil law. After the wife became pregnant at 15 and married at 16, the couple faced severe hardships, including postpartum depression and Meniere's disease. Despite these struggles, the couple, now raising three sons, expressed that they have no regrets.

Additionally, the program featured entrepreneur Makiko Kawamura, whose businesses generate approximately 4 billion yen in annual sales. The segment detailed her transition from a rebellious youth to a successful professional. After studying at UC Berkeley, she worked at Goldman Sachs, rising to a management position in the male-dominated finance industry before launching her own ventures.
