Abhijeet Dipke faces multiple legal complaints over CJP protest allegations

Advocate Rinki Chatterjee Singh filed a complaint at the Delhi cyber police seeking a zero FIR against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, party spokesperson Saurav Das and others. She alleges violations of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita after a 12‑year‑old girl was reportedly injured during police action at a NEET protest in Jantar Mantar.

Social‑media influencer Faizan Ansari, who has over a million Instagram followers, lodged a separate complaint accusing Dipke of assaulting him in Pune and Aurangabad and of financing influencers to promote the protest. The complaint also cites a claim that influencer Uorfi Javed received Rs 1 lakh from Dipke, which Javed publicly denied. Both complaints request police investigation and possible arrest of Dipke.
