Abhijeet Dipke launches nationwide ‘Kya Bolti Public’ campaign on education costs in India

On 6 August 2026, Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke announced the launch of a nationwide outreach initiative called “Kya Bolti Public”. The campaign is designed to gather public opinion across India, beginning with education reform.

Dipke said that school fees of ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakh for Class 1, plus additional donations, have made quality education unaffordable for middle‑ and low‑income families, pushing many into debt for college and coaching institutes. Citing Dr B R Ambedkar’s view of education as a fundamental right, he pledged to pressure the government to curb the commercialisation of schooling.

The launch follows recent protests at New Delhi’s Jantar Mantar over alleged NEET paper leaks, which contributed to the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. CJP officials said the campaign will travel across states, meet students, parents and youth, and seek concrete measures to reduce tuition and coaching costs.
