Abhijeet Dipke mocks MP government with satirical resignation letter
Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), has sparked controversy following a visit to Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, to meet families of tribal children who died from infectious diseases. During his visit, Dipke was heckled by social media influencers, an incident former MP Kankar Munjare described as a potentially lethal confrontation involving organized harassment.
In response to the situation, Dipke posted a satirical resignation letter on X, pretending to be the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. In the letter, addressed to Governor Mangubhai Patel, he claimed his conscience would not allow him to remain in office following the deaths of over 30 tribal children. He criticized the state government for failing to provide timely medical care, inadequate drinking water, and insufficient compensation, noting that the promised amount was only increased after community protests.
Dipke also highlighted issues regarding contaminated water in tribal villages and alleged that the actual death toll may be higher than official reports. While the government has launched an investigation into the deaths, Dipke’s satirical post has drawn mixed reactions, with some users labeling the impersonation of a government office as “childish” and potentially problematic.
