Abhiram Singh Yadav elected to ICC Chief Executives’ Committee

Abhiram Singh Yadav, Chairman of Persatuan Cricket Indonesia, has been elected as an Associate Member representative to the International Cricket Council (ICC) Chief Executives’ Committee (CEC).

Yadav won the election to fill a vacancy left by Gurumurthy Palani of France, who was elevated to the ICC Board in July. Yadav competed against candidates from Jersey and Germany to secure the position. He will serve the remaining 10 months of the current two-year term, with the next elections scheduled for the ICC Annual Conference in June 2027.

In his role, Yadav will join current Associate representatives Gurdeep Klair and Anuraag Bhatnagar. His election is noted as a milestone for cricket in Indonesia, a nation identified in the sport's global expansion roadmap.
