Abivax to present obefazimod data at UEG Week 2026

Abivax SA has announced that it will present seven scientific abstracts regarding its lead drug candidate, obefazimod, at the United European Gastroenterology (UEG) Week 2026 meeting in Barcelona, Spain. The presentations are scheduled for October 17–20, 2026.

The data to be shared includes results from Phase 3 ABTECT Maintenance and Induction trials for the treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC). Additionally, the company will present long-term findings from its Phase 2 program and preclinical research concerning the drug’s anti-fibrotic and anti-tumor activities.
