Żabka Group reports strong Q3 2026 profit and revenue growth

Żabka Group has reported significant financial growth for the third quarter of 2026, with net profit reaching 528 million PLN compared to 463 million PLN in the previous year. Revenue for the quarter rose 13.8% year-on-year to 8.463 billion PLN, exceeding market consensus.

The group's adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter was 1.489 billion PLN, up from 1.279 billion PLN a year earlier. Growth was driven by market share gains and strong performance in strategic categories, specifically beverages and Quick Meal Service (QMS). Like-for-like sales increased by 3.5% during the third quarter.

As of the third quarter, the company operates over 13,000 stores in Poland and 300 in Romania, with a long-term goal of reaching approximately 16,000 stores by 2028.

Regarding the ongoing acquisition by Alimentation Couche-Tard (Circle K), the company noted that two of the three regulatory conditions have been met. The deal, valued at approximately 32.62 billion PLN, is expected to close by December 2026, pending antitrust approval.
