Żabka to offer medicine pickup points through Nettle S.A. partnership

Żabka convenience stores will begin serving as pickup points for over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and medical devices through a new partnership with pharmaceutical logistics operator Nettle S.A. This collaboration aims to support pharmaceutical e-commerce by providing customers with access to tens of thousands of pickup locations across Poland.

To maintain pharmaceutical standards, Nettle S.A. will ensure temperature-controlled transport (between 15-25 degrees Celsius) from the pharmacy to the pickup point. Products will be packaged and secured by pharmacists at the originating pharmacies, and specialized storage areas will be established within Żabka locations. While the stores will facilitate distribution, they will not function as pharmacies, meaning they will not fulfill or sell pharmaceutical stock directly.
