Skradin hosts third Risotto and Lifestyle Festival

The third Skradin Risotto and Lifestyle Festival is scheduled to take place on September 12 and 13 in Skradin. The event focuses on local gastronomy, tradition, wine, and regional products, with the Skradin risotto serving as the central attraction.

Chef Tome Računica and the restaurant Cantinetta will lead the risotto preparation, while local cooks will present recipes following traditional methods. Gastronomy expert Stevo Karapandža will participate in discussions regarding culinary traditions and local ingredients. The festival includes a 'Sweet Day' on Sunday, September 13, featuring the Skradin cake.

The program includes musical performances by Dražen Zečić and an international dimension through the THERRA project, involving partners from Italy, Hungary, and Lithuania.
