Abrera to commemorate Diada Nacional de Catalunya with cultural events

The municipality of Abrera has announced a program of activities to commemorate the Diada Nacional de Catalunya on September 11, 2026. The event will combine institutional acts with cultural and musical proposals.

Scheduled activities include a traditional floral offering at the Rafael Casanova monument, followed by a sardana audition. This year's celebration will feature new participation from El Porronet and the Gegants d’Abrera. In the evening, the program will include a performance of habaneras accompanied by burnt rum in the Rafael Casanova square.
