Abruzzo Region invests 2.5 million euros in workplace safety culture
The Abruzzo Region has invested over 2.5 million euros in non-mandatory training to promote a culture of workplace safety and accident prevention. Roberto Santangelo, the regional assessor for training, education, and culture, announced the initiative during the inauguration of the Inail Prosthetic Assistance Point in L’Aquila.
Santangelo emphasized the importance of involving schools in future plans to instill safety awareness in younger generations. The announcement coincided with the conclusion of the European Week for Health and Safety at Work.
