Abu Dhabi announces cultural initiatives including Louvre access and Culture Summit

Louvre Abu Dhabi has announced that visitors holding tickets to the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2026 will receive complimentary access to the museum from 13 to 29 September. As part of the fair, the museum will showcase a curated selection of publications exploring cultural connections and civilizations, centered around the theme of “Travelling”.

Additionally, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi will host the eighth Culture Summit Abu Dhabi from 8 to 10 December 2026. Held at Manarat Al Saadiyat and throughout the Saadiyat Cultural District, the summit will operate under the theme “Towards a Reimagined Commons”. The event aims to bring together cultural leaders and decision-makers to discuss collective action and shared planetary perception.
