Abu Dhabi Announces Multiple Luxury Residential Developments
Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market is set to expand with a series of high‑end residential projects slated for completion around 2029. The capital will host 35 private mansions on the grounds of Emirates Palace – Mandarin Oriental, featuring spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a tea library, private work rooms and a residents‑only beach club with cabanas, a kids’ room, a golf simulator and a chef’s table.
Four Seasons is developing private residences at Saadiyat Beach, offering seaside units with dining, wellness facilities, paddle and tennis courts, pools and pet‑grooming services. On Al Maryah Island, the St. Regis Residences will rise as a 38‑storey tower with 32 residential floors, providing one‑ to four‑bedroom units, duplexes, penthouses, swimming pools, a cinema, fitness centre, squash court, spa, co‑working spaces and landscaped gardens overlooking the beach.
These projects aim to redefine waterfront living and contemporary design in Abu Dhabi, targeting affluent buyers seeking branded, amenity‑rich homes.
