Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange launches new investor relations guide

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has launched an updated and expanded Investor Relations Guide intended for management teams and boards. The manual aims to deepen investor trust and create long-term value by providing a roadmap that moves companies from baseline compliance to strategic engagement.

The guide includes practical frameworks, actionable checklists, and templates designed to help issuers meet evolving global market expectations. ADX noted that consistent and credible communications are essential for improving market liquidity, supporting fair share price valuations, and attracting long-term institutional capital.

To encourage adherence, the ADX will recognize top-performing issuers annually. However, companies that fail to meet the mandatory baseline requirements face formal warnings or fines, which will be added to their annual listing renewal fees. The initiative is part of efforts to support the long-term diversification goals of Abu Dhabi’s Economic Vision 2030.
