Abu Dhabi to host largest edition of Global Food Week in 2026

Global Food Week 2026 is scheduled to take place from October 6 to 8 at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Organized by ADNEC Group in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), the event is held under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The 2026 edition is expected to be the largest to date, expanding its scope to include a new consumer-facing dimension called ‘Shop at the Show’. This Business-to-Consumer (B2C) platform will allow visitors to purchase products directly from exhibitors alongside the established Business-to-Business (B2B) trade and investment opportunities.

The event will also feature the second edition of the Global Food Security Summit (GFSS), serving as a platform for policymakers, researchers, and industry experts to address global food security challenges. The previous 2025 edition featured over 2,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and generated agreements valued at AED 6.6 billion.
