Abu Dhabi to host second Run for the Nation event

The Zayed Charity Run Organising Committee has announced the second edition of the Run for the Nation, titled Hassantak Ya Watan. The event is scheduled to take place on 29 November 2026 in Abu Dhabi.

Coinciding with the UAE’s National Day celebrations, the event expects more than 20,000 UAE nationals and residents to participate. The initiative aims to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles while reinforcing values of unity and community cohesion. The run builds on the legacy of the Zayed Charity Run, which was established in 2001 to honor the humanitarian vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
