Abundantia Entertainment to launch AiOn as standalone AI studio

Abundantia Entertainment is transitioning its AI production division, AiOn, into a fully standalone native AI studio. While currently operating within Abundantia, the division is being structured to establish its own identity and scope.

Vikram Malhotra, founder and CEO of Abundantia, stated that AiOn will develop original stories, create content, and manage its own ecosystem, producing both fully generated and hybrid works. The decision follows a significant increase in creative pitches from individuals outside the traditional filmmaking industry. Malhotra described the move as a way to harness the democratization of ideas through a confluence of technology and art, defining the studio as ‘human-first and AI-empowered’.

Additionally, Abundantia has partnered with AI video technology company InVideo to launch a film studio aimed at developing a slate of five films over the coming years.
