Abyan Governor inspects military fronts and orders increased security readiness

Major General Mukhtar al-Rabash al-Haythami, Governor of Abyan and Commander of the Abyan Military Axis, conducted field visits to frontline positions, including the Tharah front, the Amhalhal site, and the 255th Infantry Brigade. During these inspections, he assessed the combat readiness and preparedness of stationed forces and received briefings on military operations.

In a meeting with the Executive Office and local directors, the Governor emphasized the need to increase security and service readiness. He directed authorities to enhance coordination between military and security agencies to maintain stability and respond to any threats from Houthi militias. He also stressed the importance of improving basic services and preparing for the arrival of displaced persons from the West Coast.

Al-Rabash stated that the national struggle will continue until the Houthi militias are defeated and state institutions are restored. He called for unity, warned against the spread of rumors, and urged officials to work with a sense of responsibility to address citizen needs and maintain public order.
