Abyan officials launch ‘Dream City’ residential project

Local authorities in Abyan Governorate have laid the foundation stone for the ‘Dream City’ residential project located in the Al-Alam area. The project is being developed by the Ahlam al-Sharq Real Estate Development and Investment Company.

Governor Mukhtar al-Rabash attended the ceremony, emphasizing that the project is a qualitative addition to the local investment and real estate sectors. He stated that such initiatives are vital for stimulating the local economy, creating job opportunities, and improving infrastructure and services. The governor also pledged that the local authority would work to facilitate investments and resolve challenges faced by developers to ensure a stable investment environment.

Fathi al-Miflihi, Chairman of Ahlam al-Sharq, noted that the project reflects private sector confidence in the developmental potential of Abyan. The residential development aims to establish a modern urban city to support local stability and urban growth.
