Fikayo Tomori draws Newcastle and other English clubs as Milan set €20m price tag

Newcastle United have submitted a €15 million offer for AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori, but the Italian club says its valuation, including bonuses, stands at €20 million.

The 28‑year‑old, who moved from Chelsea to Milan in 2021, has slipped down the pecking order after Milan paid €30 million for centre‑back Mario Gila from Lazio. As a result, several English clubs – Newcastle United, West Ham United, Hull City, Coventry City – as well as Juventus, are monitoring his situation.

Tomori travelled with Milan to a pre‑season friendly in Glasgow and, according to Italian media, kept his phone constantly on while waiting for updates from his agent. Milan’s owner Gerry Cardinale has indicated a desire to earn more than €30 million from the sales of Tomori and teammate Ruben Loftus‑Cheek.
