AC Milan signs Montenegrin striker Andrej Kostic, makes debut and praises teammate Strahinja Pavlovic

19‑year‑old Montenegrin forward Andrej Kostic joined AC Milan after the club paid €3.5 million to Partizan Belgrade for his contract. He made his first appearance for the Rossoneri in a pre‑season friendly against Celtic at Celtic Park, playing the first half of a 2‑2 draw in which Francesco Camarda scored twice.

Kostic said he is "excited" and that "talent alone isn’t enough," pledging to give his all for the club and its fans. He highlighted the support he received from teammate Strahinja Pavlovic, who welcomed him as an "older brother" and helped him settle in his first season abroad.
