AC Milan ramps up summer signings as Amorim reshapes the squad

Under new manager Ruben Amorim, AC Milan are active across the transfer market. The club have identified free‑agent former Bayern full‑back Raphael Guerreiro as a direct replacement for departing left‑back Pervis Estupiñán, who is expected to move to the Premier League. Milan are also targeting Genk attacking midfielder Konstantinos Karetsas, with a price tag around €35 million, while Borussia Dortmund and other clubs are also monitoring him.

The Rossoneri have a goal‑forward identified and are analysing data to find a right‑winger under 30. Rumours link Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Leão and other forwards to possible sales; Leão has received offers from Turkey and interest from Saudi clubs. Mid‑field options include Pierre‑Emile Højbjerg, also pursued by Juventus, and a loan move for out‑of‑favour American midfielder Yunus Musah to Lazio is being discussed. Additional names linked to Milan include Fikayo Tomori (Coventry, Newcastle) and youth prospect Andrej Kostić.

Overall, Milan’s transfer strategy combines free‑signings, data‑driven scouting and potential high‑value exits to fund squad reinforcement ahead of the new season.
