AC Milan targets Adrien Rabiot contract renewal

AC Milan is working to secure a contract renewal for French midfielder Adrien Rabiot. Following initial discussions between the club and Rabiot’s mother and agent, Veronique, a formal meeting is expected between Gerry Cardinale and Veronique at the end of the summer transfer window.

Rabiot is currently under contract until 2028, with an option to extend until 2029. The club’s objective is to extend his stay until at least 2030. To reflect his importance to the team’s project, Milan reportedly aims to make him one of the highest-paid players in the squad, with a proposed salary of €5 million.

Manager Ruben Amorim has emphasized Rabiot’s crucial role in the club’s long-term plans, noting the player's indispensability to the midfield.
