AC Reggiana concludes Toano pre‑season camp with inclusion day and Sport Valley trophy

AC Reggiana spent two weeks in a pre‑season camp at the Toano Sport Park in the Apennines. Under coach Attilio Tesser the first team held daily training sessions and capped the stay with the third Trofeo Sport Valley tournament, a friendly competition with local side Lentigione.

The camp also featured an inclusion day for the Reggiana Special Paralympic group. The youngsters trained alongside the senior squad, played a mini‑match and later dined with club officials, including vice‑president Giuseppe Fico and sporting director Marco Bernardi. Team manager Stefano Buffagni said, “The excitement began when we told the kids they would spend the day with the first team… the atmosphere was one of great affection and inclusion.”

The event was backed by regional authorities and partners such as Mapei, SPZ Emilia and others, highlighting the camp’s role in promoting sport, local tourism and community integration in the Emilia‑Romagna region.
