Academia Banreservas holds leadership training for 600 employees

Academia Banreservas conducted a lecture series titled ‘Liderazgo a tres tiempos: un banquete de inspiración’ (Leadership at three times: a banquet of inspiration) to strengthen the competencies of its leaders. The program reached more than 600 collaborators through sessions focused on three core dimensions: emotional wellbeing, expansive thinking, and inspiring leadership.

Specialists led the various sessions. Marco Leone addressed workplace emotional wellbeing, emphasizing the importance of human-centric organizational care. Carolina Angarita, an international mentor, presented on expansive thinking to encourage participants to challenge paradigms. The cycle concluded with Carlos Escario, a global leadership expert, who discussed models for generating positive influence and collective impact.

Ana Pou, Senior Executive Vice President of Human Capital, Technology, and Operations, stated that the institution views leadership as a means to serve and influence through example rather than just managing processes.
