Academia Mato-grossense de Letras celebrates 105 years

The Academia Mato-grossense de Letras (AML) is celebrating its 105th anniversary with a three-day program of free activities in Cuiabá. Held at the Casa Barão, the event features national guests, including philologist Ricardo Cavaliere from the Academia Brasileira de Letras and Alberto Rostand Lanverly from the Academia Alagoana de Letras.

The anniversary programming includes the inauguration of the Ponto das Letras, the launch of a booklet on Intensivismo, and the release of the book ‘Identidade Cuiabana – Vozes poéticas do Centro Histórico’. Other scheduled activities involve urban culture, technology, artificial intelligence, and various literary and cultural workshops designed to engage different generations and the local community.
