Academic and religious events commence in Italy

The ninth edition of the ‘Cattedra Guardini’ is scheduled for October 26 at the Vigilianum in Trento. The event, titled ‘Guardini, Agostino e noi’, will feature Omar Brino from the University of Trento. The lecture will explore the dialogue between the theologian Romano Guardini and Saint Augustine, focusing on themes of human existence, truth, and faith.

Additionally, the residential colleges of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore have begun the new academic year. The university is emphasizing community building and quality assurance in its residential offerings. This includes international educational initiatives such as the ‘Progetto Agorà’, organized by the Fondazione Costruiamo il Futuro ETS, which will send students to Brussels in November to engage with European institutions regarding active citizenship and responsibility.
