Academic excellence recognized through student awards in Chad and Côte d'Ivoire
In Chad, 43 students were honored for their exceptional academic performance during the 2025-2026 school year. The ceremony took place on October 12, 2026, at the Grand Hôtel in Abéché. Organized by the Prefect of the Ouara department in collaboration with the provincial delegation of National Education and the Abou Amina Foundation, the event aimed to promote academic excellence and healthy competition among students.
In Côte d'Ivoire, the NGO ‘Iffou Vision Plurielle’ recognized the ten best students from each class at the Daoulebo Public Primary School (EPP) in the Ouellé sub-prefecture. On October 10, 2026, the organization distributed school kits containing notebooks, geometry sets, and writing utensils to students, as well as teaching supplies for educators. The initiative seeks to foster a culture of excellence in the Iffou region and support families during the school season.
