Academic institutions in Calabria prepare for new terms

Academic institutions in Calabria are preparing for the start of new academic terms. Gianluigi Greco, Rector of the University of Calabria, issued a message to both returning students and new matriculates, encouraging active participation in the campus's cultural and social spaces.

Separately, the Istituto Teologico Calabro has announced the start of its 2026/2027 academic year. Lessons for institutional and specialized license courses are scheduled to begin on October 5, 2026. The institute will host a Mass presided over by Bishop Serafino Parisi on October 12 to mark the occasion and will welcome students to newly renovated facilities.
