Academic research explores management and design models in Ecuador and Peru

Various academic research projects from institutions in Ecuador and Peru address diverse organizational and management challenges.

In Ecuador, research from the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE) includes a proposed business model for a project management consultancy targeting the mining, industrial, and construction sectors to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
