Académica de Coimbra confirms 1,078 traveling fans for Leiria match

Académica de Coimbra has confirmed that 1,078 supporters are already set to travel to Leiria for the upcoming match against União de Leiria. Scheduled for Sunday, October 11, at 18:00 at the Estádio Municipal Dr. Magalhães Pessoa, the game is part of the 7th round of the 2. Liga.

This figure represents the club’s second-largest away following this season, trailing only the 1,600 supporters who traveled to Tondela. The current number surpasses previous away attendances in Chaves and Penafiel. Ticket sales remain ongoing through the 2Ticket platform.

For fans traveling by car, local authorities have identified four parking options: the Mercado Municipal and Parque das Olhalvas (both free), and Parque Maringá and Parque Europa (both paid). Visitors are advised to arrive early to ensure stadium access. Tickets for the visiting section are priced at five euros, with central east upper stand tickets costing ten euros.
