Mexico regional updates: Acapulco tourism and Texcoco sports initiatives

Various regional developments are reported across Mexico. In Acapulco, hotel occupancy reached 78.3% this Saturday, a significant increase from the previous day, with the Acapulco Dorado zone seeing the highest rates at 89.5%.

In Texcoco, the municipality joined the National Boxing Class organized by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo to promote physical activity. The event included 32 municipalities from the State of Mexico.

The Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (UPN) Unidad 131-Hidalgo celebrated 30 years in Tenango de Doria with the inauguration of new classrooms and a sports court. Meanwhile, in La Paz, municipal services conducted cleaning and maintenance operations in the Lomas de Altavista neighborhood to improve urban spaces.
