ACB Board member Dang Thu Thuy holds over 1,400 billion VND in shares

Dang Thu Thuy, a member of the Board of Directors at ACB, holds a significant stake in the bank. As the wife of ACB founder Tran Mong Hung and mother of current Chairman Tran Hung Huy, she has been with the institution since its establishment on June 4, 1993.

According to the bank's corporate governance report for the first half of 2026, Ms. Thuy holds approximately 69.3 million ACB shares, representing 1.19% of the bank's capital. Based on a closing price of 20,250 VND per share on October 19, 2026, the market value of her holdings is estimated at over 1,403 billion VND.

Ms. Thuy, who holds degrees in economics and foreign languages, previously served as Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources. She has been an elected member of the Board of Directors since 2011.
