ACB showcases digital transformation solutions for business households

At the 2026 Banking Digital Transformation Day, ACB CEO Tu Tien Phat demonstrated the bank's digital ecosystem by simulating the role of a business household. The presentation highlighted seamless digital business journeys, including eKYC, payment processing, cash flow management, electronic invoicing, and eTax connectivity.

ACB emphasized security alongside speed through its next-generation eKYC solution, which utilizes multi-layer authentication such as Face Search and Liveness Detection to prevent identity fraud. The bank also reported that its Shield App has prevented nearly 60,000 fraudulent cases, protecting over 3,175 billion VND in customer assets.

Addressing challenges faced by business households, such as fragmented data and disconnected processes between payments, revenue management, and tax filing, ACB presented an integrated digital ecosystem to streamline operations.
