ACBF launches charity auction and recycling drive

The futsal club ACBF has announced two community initiatives in the Serra Gaúcha region of Brazil. In Caxias do Sul, the club will auction an official autographed jersey during a charity lunch on Sunday, August 16, to support the Projeto Infância Feliz, a non-profit organization serving vulnerable children and families.

In Carlos Barbosa, the club is supporting a waste collection drive organized by the NGO Colab on Saturday, August 15. Fans are encouraged to bring various recyclable materials, including PET bottles, electronics, and used cooking oil, to the Rua Coberta. This effort aligns with the club's circular economy project, which utilizes industrial recycling for plastics collected at the Carlos Barbosa Municipal Events Center.
