Accademia Musicale Caccini reopens in Montopoli in Val d’Arno

The Accademia Musicale Caccini has officially reopened in Montopoli in Val d’Arno following several years of inactivity. The inauguration ceremony took place on Friday, September 4, at the Conservatorio di Santa Marta, which will serve as the academy's new headquarters.

Local officials, including Mayor Linda Vanni and Councilor Marzio Gabbanini, described the reopening as an investment in youth training and cultural identity for the community. The project was made possible through the collaboration of the municipal administration, the academy's president Marina Remorini, and the Conservatorio di Santa Marta's president Elisa Barani. Financial support was provided by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato.

The event included musical performances by soprano Alessandra Marianelli, pianist Arianna Presepi, and Lorenzo Bertini.
