Accenture and Salford City FC announce strategic technology partnership
Accenture and Salford City Football Club have entered into a multi-year strategic partnership aimed at leveraging technology, data, and artificial intelligence to drive the club’s growth. The collaboration focuses on enhancing internal operations, developing digital fan experiences, and identifying new commercial opportunities for both the men’s and women’s teams, as well as the club’s academy.
The partnership seeks to expand the club’s international audience and strengthen supporter engagement through digital platforms and streaming experiences. As part of the agreement, Accenture will serve as a shirt partner starting from the 2026-27 season, with its branding appearing on the back of the men’s first-team, academy, and Lionesses shirts.
This commercial transformation follows the club’s acquisition in May 2025 by an ownership group led by David Beckham and Gary Neville.
