Access Holdings delays H1 2026 audited results to September
Access Holdings Plc has announced a potential delay in the release of its interim audited financial statements for the first half of 2026, covering the period ended June 30, 2026.
The group cited the ongoing finalization of the audit process and the necessity of obtaining approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as the primary reasons for the delay. The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has granted the company an extension to file these results on or before September 30, 2026, pending the required regulatory approval from the CBN.
Access Holdings also intends to extend the closed period for transactions involving the company’s securities. This period will remain in effect until twenty-four hours after the results are officially released.
