Access identified as Nigeria’s largest employer of CFA candidates
Access has been identified by CFA Society Nigeria as the country’s largest employer of CFA candidates. According to data from the society’s membership database as of June 2026, Access has 82 candidates enrolled in the programme, which is more than double the number of the next-placed institution.
Access also ranked second among employers of CFA charterholders, with 11 professionals having completed all three levels of the programme and met the necessary experience and ethics requirements. The rankings highlight a shift in the Nigerian financial sector toward prioritizing the development of certified, globally credentialed talent.
The Group operates across banking, pensions, payments, insurance brokerage, and consumer lending in 25 countries across Africa, Europe, and Asia. Industry observers suggest that such investments in professional excellence and ethical leadership serve as a differentiator for financial institutions competing on an international scale.
